My husband and I ordered windows to replace the original windows that were in our house (Built in 1974). I made the choice to have Tri-State Window Factory to do the installation. All I can say is that I have not found anything wrong with these windows.

We have gone through the winter and it really made a difference in the temperature in my house for the better. I highly recommend these windows and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

With regards to the actual installation, they retro fitted 9 windows and tore out and did new construction for 2 sliding glass doors all in about 2 half days. The crew showed up on time, they explained what they were going to do, and they cleaned up very well after themselves. It was almost as if they were never there. This is a top notch company and i would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
