I spent over $31,000 on windows and doors from NEWPRO in my home and were installed October of 2010. They were measured inaccurately, installed poorly and have had the service people here at least 6-7 times to re-measure and re-install screens and doors. My front door was initially made and it opened the wrong way - it opened out and not in, the frames on the windows and screens had gaps in them. As of today 10/10/11 they are still not right and we are having problems. My suggestion is that you do not buy this product or anything that this company manufactures.
