We replaced 20 windows on a 2 year old new construction with Bristol. From the beginning, we have had nothing but headaches. The windows leak air and water, mold is growing where water inside the window frames has damaged the wall (we have had three window sills replaced because of water damage), frost appears on the inside of the window, seals have failed, and the company from Denver that installed the windows, Regency Windows and Siding, has gone bankrupt. I have corresponded with corporate, sent pictures of the failed windows, and have yet to hear from them on solutions. These windows, in my estimation, are poorly engineered, do not perform as advertised, and the company's customer service is horrendous. We have since replaced 4 of the Bristol windows and will replace 11 more before winter.

These windows were extremely expensive. We replaced 20 windows (4 sliders, 4 awning, 2 casement, 4 double hung, 6 picture) at a cost of $20K. We justified the cost by thinking of the heating and cooling savings. Didn't happen.
