They make a good window! But, there are better windows out there (Gorell and Simonton) that are better quality. They rave about their warranty, but are you REALLY going to be in your house forever? NO! So I'm okay, with a 40 year warranty.
This was the problem! They start at like 900 a window, but when they realize you won't buy it get it down to like 600. With follow-up calls, will even be willing to lower the cost to 500. But what kind of company operates like this? It's sleazy sales and pricing that lost them a sale.

I had a bow window replaced in July and want to express how pleased I am with the window . I was especially impressed with your sales representative, Frank Cortes. He presented your windows with a lot a knowledged, he gives the impression that he was selling a quality product that he liked himself. Frank is polite, and gave me the impression that he was honest. Over all, I'm very pleased with Castle Windows, not only the product but the staff.

LS window (found out is from Soft Lite) is a decent window. Looks nice on inside and outside. Not 'bulky' like some and is easy to operate.

Very nice group of guys. It was a forman and 4 installers who asked questions and made sure we were pleased when done. They came on time and finished when they said they will finish. We were amased since there was 31 window to install!
We paid 16,500 which included 3 basement windows, 2 large picture windows (one is a window seat) and 26 double hung windows. All with grills and capped and flashed on outside.

Do not use this company. Castle the Window People have given me the worst experience possible. First it was a 5month wait for a sliding door. Then the door came damaged and with the wrong hardware. Now 1 year in to this and the new slider is more drafty than the old one!!

I am a subcontractor who worked for this company on two job sites. I was supposed to be paid $50 per window installation. I installed about 20 windows when I decided I did not want to work for castle anymore as I did NOT want my Companies name associated with the poor products they made, and paid me dirt to install. To this day they owe me over $1000 dollars. I called and called and called trying to get my pay check from them, and of course it never game. The day after my second job site of installing 10 windows the manager pretended not to know me as dozens of subcontractors looked on in disbelief. They completely screwed me over. NEVER PAID ME FOR MY WORK. I am unbelievably angry. Companies like this DO NOT DESERVE TO OPERATE. I recommend everyone to stay away from them. They treat their subcontractors this bad, so imagine how they treat their customers. I will be following up with a law suit, and I can not wait for it.

There are too many adhesive stickers on the windows which is very difficult and time consuming to remove and clean.
