Everything went wrong with the company and the installers. The hardware was wrong, the window was installed and did not even lock, the quality of glues, panels, frame, paint was miserable, the bottom of the sidelights was grey instead of white ... It took the company over three months to fix it and they did not even offer a discount after all this !!!! Most miserable company and customer service.
