Ordered in Oct. 2010, Just finished replacing the last screwed up one...factory issues on windows & door. Correct supplied dim's...Factory delays on biggest window and replacement door. Door quality SUCKS POND WATER !!!

VERY FRUSTRATED ABOUT THE GORRELL screw - ups. Waited from Jan. To April to get replacement door.
For the highest line that all the local area vendors carry, the quality was very BAD. Gorrell's support was NON-responsive. So they should have paided me to what this long to fix the three manufacturing screw - ups.

Great looking,well fuctioning windows with a very good warranty. I had large windows, some with arch tops that many other window manufacters would not produce. Gorrel took on the challange and did an excellent job.
