I ordered a replacement sash from Jeld Wen. First I couldn't get a sales person to contact me and sell me a window. Finally I got someone to call me back. The window came with no locks, the notch for the tilt mechanism was only machined half way and the tilt mechanism was rattling around inside the frame. When I complained about the shape of the window to customer service at Jeld Wen she said she would contact the person responsible. Never heard back. I would never ever buy a JW window again.

about $70 for a sash that needed lots of work to be useable.
