I too have water on the inside track of my slider after a rain. I have had wind driven rain drive the water up onto the hardwood floor causing damage. For this reason alone I would not recommend Milgard. Otherwise, their product has been very good. There should not be water incursion into the home from a sliding door such as this.

February 10th 2008 at 11:19:33 PM Window Comments Milgard states that water in the inside track of the stationary side of my patio door is "normal" after a rain. I can not find another person who has had water on the inside of the track after it rains.
