Installed Pella windows in 1996...made sash replacement in 2002 as they were rotted out. Now in 2011 70% of sashes are rotted out again from the outside. The aluminum clad and glue allowed water leakage. Pella wants over 7,000 this time to repair.

No problrm due to insullation.

windows started leaking and fogging before one yr. Pella sent people to remedy and one said "these should never have been installed in the north... made for the south".. now, they have rotted out. These are custom made windows
