17 WINDOWS INSTALLED AND NOT ONE OF THEM WAS PUT IN SQARE.EVERY WINDOW LEAKS AIR.ANDERSEN TOLD US THAT THAY WERE GOING TO GIVE US 50.00 BACK PER WINDOW BUT NEVER DID.

These are the ugliest windows I have ever seen. Look and feel like gray metal. I feel like I'm living in a trailer.

Very nice...just like everyone at Anderson...until you have a problem. Installers should have shown me the windows before removing my existing windows. Once I had a hole in my house, I was stuck.
Expensive. I chose to go with a high-end company, expecting the best, and did not get what I paid for.

Used galvanized nails, which are rusting now, for the flashing around the new windows. Excellent windows matching the interior trim. No drafts.

Very flexible to work with our schedule. I only wish they used non-rusting nails to nail in the flashing around the window.
You pay for what you get. These are excellent windows.

We truly LOVE these windows. We had 17 windows replaced in March 2006. We lived through two summers and one winter with them and are not regretting anything. The mortise and tenon look is right on! So much better than any welded vinyl look you can buy.

We had the house siding changed over 1 year after RBA changed the windows. The siding installer accidentally damaged one of the window frames and RBA replaced it FREE!
We had 17 double-hung 54"H x 36"W windows that we replaced with 5 casements, 1 double slider, and 11 double-hung at a cost of $17,300.
