Serious cold air leaks..warranty dept was very slow..took almost four months to fix it. Air leaks are stopped by silicone caulk in the joints...not sure how long it will hold up. I looked at Simonton windows which was only 200$ more for the overall cost. Should have gone that direction. Will not recommend to anybody. Please stay away from it.

Terrible window. Don't even look at Alside. These leak like crazy. I wish we would have done our homework before the fact, instead of after. Contractor has been out trying to put more padding in places and not helping. We have plastic over 5 of 12 and would all of them if we weren't waiting for a fix. The plastic bows out so hard in a 30mph wind, we think it may break or blow off the window. The opposite side of the house the plastic is sucked out tight to the window. Junk, Junk, Junk. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. We are thinking of interior storm windows. For the cost of those plus the windows, we could have had a top notch window.
