A good thing is that none of the windows were ordered due to the fact that they dragged there feet coming to the house to do a final measurement.

What is really scary is that they had the nerve to tell me that they have done this to a 100 people as if it was no big deal!

By the way we are getting new windows and got a much better product with an awesome warranty.

Beware of the company that comes in and offers you windows for $6000 and when you tell them that they are to high offers you a price that is $1300 cheaper because you will let them use your name as a reference. Always check to see that they are a member of the BBB. They told us that they were backed...
