Need to replace all the windows in the house. I am looking for all vinyl windows, double hung, dual pane. I don't know what to believe... What window would you recommend for quality and value? Other issues: Contractor #1: Sells Milguard & Simonton. a. Says Simonton & Milguard product quality...
