DH300

I can't find any reference to a submodel of the 300 in either the Okna brochure or web-site. The specs on my quote are as follows: European White fusion-welded frames Foam-wrapped frames Foam-filled frames Internal Contour Colonial Grids Heat Shield Low E Glass/Argon-filled airspace Carbon fiber SPA...

Alside Excaliber vs Okna DH300

I have bids for the Excaliber and DH300 windows. The DH300s cost about $40 more per window. Are they appreciably better or just comparable? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thermal Industries

Deb - I'm in the DC area as well. Who did you speak to about Thermal Industries? I'm going to look at the Okna DH300 this week. Have you looked at those?

Additional Info

I figure $100-150 for installation in this area. My wife doesn't like the external profile of the Barrington, so that's my last choice ...

Choosing a Window

I've been looking at replacement windows and have what I thought would be a simple requirement - a narrow framed window of decent quality. My house has a lot of shade and a couple of narrow windows, so I want to maximize the amount of glass. Windows such as the Softlite Barrington, Alside Excaliber ...
