That would be referred to as a French Casement (opens inward) as opposed to an English Casement that Americans are more familiar with (opens outward). Some reverse these terms so there is no telling what name you might find it under. I have not seen any in vinyl. Sorry.

Cons: They are very poorly made and the bottom of the window market.
Pros: They are slightly better than Saran Wrap.

We prefer the Simonton Impressions 9800 series to the Gilkey products. The performance numbers are about the same but the Impressions is a more attractive unit with shadow grooved fusion welds (unlike Gilkeys rough welds) and an independant lift rail.
