If the windows you mentioned are your only choices and you can get 20 Park Ave windows for $500 each I say go for it. Personally I would keep looking. The Park Ave window is pretty nice but the co. If my overhead is 37%

Sell price $410.00
L & M $195.00
Overhead $152.00 or 37%
Net Profit $63.00


Is that too much to ask for?

I've got to agree with windowrep but I would think that if there are replacement window already there than my guess is that you could install new windows without ripping out the metal frames. As for prices. Who's to say what is a high price? I don't know what the overhead costs for either one of the...
