My old windows were MW windows and were basically sash kits; no nailing fin just sashes and liners. They leaked air like a sieve despite being double pane. Jamb liners didn't fit right and had gaps. The windows did not close properly or lock. They were basically garbage.

I saw on TV and read online that BBB accreditation is basically the more the companies pay the higher the rating they receive. Does that mean BBB accreditation doesn't mean much, or is it still something because the companies are still willing to pay?

Just out of curiosity, did you research these windows before you bought them or did you read about them on here? I had faulty installation too from same window, same company.
