How to repair Andersen sliding windows?

I have Andersen Perma-Shield, Gliding Windows that were installed in 1973. On the glass is the marking- 12 AW 72 XI. The frames are in fine shape but the weather stripping is cracked and broken or missing. On windy days the curtains move and here in NH that is costly. 3 are approx 4X8', 2 are 4X5' a...

Why not service the window and replace the weatherstripping? If there is no rot and the windows are otherwise fine, address the issue at hand. Is that something I can do myself? There are vinyl (?) strips and other types of insulators adhered to the sash and frame. They would all need to be replace...
