In a past life i sold new construction windows with same pull in & hope the vinyl didn't break when you did. Malta windows GONE! So many problems with vinyl jambs breaking in cold and now Malta is out of business! If tilt buttons are a good idea for bottom sash, how can you say they are not need...

How does OKNA top sash tilt in for cleaning?

The samples that i saw you had to force it to come out of side jambs!

You can expect for 1 to 2% gas leakage per year with even the best spacers! Goggle it and you can find numerous articles on gas leakage.

I would NOT take for granted that any window company BIG or small that has been in business less than 10 years will survive "THE GREAT DEPRESSION" Over 42 window companies have closed plants or gone out of business in past 12 months! :oops: If you can wait out the next 6 months the window ...

I would get a written warranty from window manufacture that gas will NOT get out of sealed unit!

Any reliable company with more than a few years manufacturing will probably Not guarantee gas fill or gas retention period!!!!
