not sure how to measure it.

by humidity do you mean air temp in the house? We don't go too warm in the winter usually around68 to 70 and during the summer between 72 to 74. I was wondering if the window is in good shape and just the wood is rotting it is possible or worth it to get it reframed to vinyl????
