Is 1 coat of primer and 1 coat of paint enough or does it need another coat? Some said 2 or more coats but when I explain what my project is they said 1 is enough so I'm not sure if they know about the paint or just guessing....Thanks.

I was told to sand the bare wood, prime it with KILZ Premium 1-Gal. Water-Based White Interior/Exterior Primer, Sealer and Stain-Blocker, then paint it with latex paint just one coat and that's it.....was that a good advice? Thanks.

I read a lot of reviews that Sunrise are much better than Simonton and Wincore....and both Simonton and Wincore are about the same...some say simonton are better and other say wincore are better (apple vs apple)...your opinion?
