Live in raleigh nc. Got a quote for 11 okna 500 windows 27x73 (6) and 32xu3 (5) $5570.00 total w install, foam insulaton n clad the exterior trim. 6 windows quoted w sun shield glass for extra $166 total. Do i need this option? Also charging me for countour while window narrow colonial gids $537.00....

the guy selling us the windows advised that by using the low expansion foam it can negate the window warranty. is this true? what are the major negatives if i dont use the expansion foam? what are the positives if i do use it?
