Existing windows are wood. Value of most homes in neighborhood are 400-600. Thoughts???

Ive been shopping replacement windows and have several quotes. All thoughts would be great. I've had sunrise, softlite, simonton and several alside versions. I think I've narrowed it down to sunrise restoration. The quote includes wrap, full screens, and grids installed it is a touch under 600 a win...
