Discussion Board Forum for Vinyl Windows

I'm finding the various reviews and websites rather overwhelming and sometimes contradictory. I want to replace 40-year-old windows and a patio door (9 windows) soon. My choices of installer and product may be limited. What ones really work for a cold northern climate and a reasonable cost?
