Thanks for the advice. I cut everything back out and shimmed up one side. Everything looks much better now, as far as the the reveal and meeting rails go. Cold weather window caulk recommendations

What are some quality window caulks that would be ok for sub 40 temperatures? I live in MASS, and the temps here have been running in the 20's and 30's. I've read the OSI quad is good for outside, but how will it be in these colder temps?
