What do you think about foam filling and triple pane glass? Worth it?

This was one of the first of 8 different windows I saw. It has ratings that are close to some of the nicer units, but I honestly don't get how. It looked and felt like one of the cheapest I saw.

I had 2 separate okna installers and they each did it differently. One guy gave a specific price for each window size, and they other had the price tiers like described above. Both seemed to come out around the same though, so I didn't really sweat it.

Long time lurker, looking for advice to make my final choice. I think that I did a decent job of getting 3 final choices, the starmark composite, Polaris ultraweld, and the okna 800. All seem to get fairly good feedback and have strong ratings. Price-wise, they are Starmark, 800, then Ultraweld from...
