Identify my windows - SOUTH STOCK

I have windows in the home we purchased last summer and some of the sashes are fogged. I don't want to replace the entire window. The only ID i can find is a green sticker with SOUTH STOCK and some numbers on it. Does anyone know how I can locate replacement sashes?
