Good Morning AV, Allbrand does sell the 400 series window, but the name of the window is no longer Malibu, it is the Milan window. It is available from Allbrand Windows as well as throughout our entire dealer network. Yes, all Polybau windows are AAMA certified, however, you won't see it on the AAMA...

You have many good choices available to you in the Bay Area, but I would stay away from International WIndows. They are not of the same quality as others youmentioned.

BeDe Windows came to the Southern California market last year. Although their website states that they have been manufacturing for over 12 years, they have not been manufacturing here. The windows are actually made in China and shipped to So.Cal. Hence, the long lead times for the product.

Polybau 200 series windows have equal glass sizes and sitelines, as do their casement, awning & picture window systems.

International Windows are not typically at the top of the list. Have you seen both products? You are fortunate to be in the Bay Area, you have many,many fine brands from which to choose.

Amerimax is a manufacturer of building products, including windows, but not glass. Cardinal is a glass coater and manufacturer.
