A warrenty is only as good as the Company that stands behind it. I'll take Anlin over any of the other brands you mentioned for its build quality, looks and, yes, warrenty. Your customers get upset if they don't have glass breakage? We install 40 to 50 homes a month going on 14 years and get at the...

Has anyone ever had a good experience having Home Depot or Lowe's install their windows. I constantly see screwed up installations and the homeowners trying to find out who is responsiable. The installer blames the manufacturer, the manufacturer blames home depot for allowing a inexperienced install...

I think your mistaken when you say your Milgards have the Superspacer. They come with the Intercept spacer. It's the spacer that most of the windows I sell come with but I have never seen a Milgard with it. You sure you bought Milgard windows.

It's really bad in Southern California. You need to follow up or lose to the last guy in. Even though you did your job right. People always seem to choose one of the low bids. So I give a Price Matching Guarantee that I will beat any quote apples to apples by $100. (company has to have license and a...

Galkos is a joke. Their private label Atrium window price is a joke. Keep shopping. Certainteed is a good brand. Should be priced around $500-$550 a window installed in Southern California.

Hope this helps,

Bryan

I sell over 15 brands of windows including Simonton, Milgard, Superior, Certainteed, Polybau, Atrium, and Comfort Design. We don't sell Anlin because the warranty is not very good. Go to their web site to see it if you dont believe me. Simonton seems to be the best value when it comes to price, feat...
