I don't know where you read that the Sunrise Verde is just OK. It is one of the top performing windows available and certainly is every bit as good a window as the Okna 500 and the Softlite L/S. Many would say it a better window aesthetically.

Andersen vinyl windows are among the lower end. I would not give them very serious consideration. The Andersen 400 wood clad are decent. Yes, call another Sunrise Dealer. Hopefully this one will not be as deceitful. I would also call Sunrise and tell them who the dealer is so they can deal with him legally, if they choose.
