Insul Sash Windows

I just bought a place that has several pf these windows. Some won't stay up, some don't shut tightly.... just a gamut of problems. They look to be at least 10 years old.
Any idea of where I can get advice, parts, installation diagrams, etc?
I live in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Your warranty is probably not in force, but they might be able to point you in the right place for any available parts or suggest someone to do repairs.
