Help! Vista or Polaris?

the vista window is not in the same league as the polaris ultraweld. the polaris is a much better window although vista is ok. polaris ultraweld is better compared to sunrise,gorell,and okna.

How ironic and good timing,

I am also looking for replacement and was liking Sunrise UltraU and Softlite Barrington as a step down. But Sunrise was pricey for a couple that doesn't open the windows and too old to need 20 year windows.

Just called a local home remodeler with good reviews and someone I talked to a couple yaers ago on cabinet hardware--very nice

Will see how they compare in price to the Polaris Ultra
