Negotiating?

I'm on the Gulf Coast of Florida (Panama City). I'm going to be evaluating some estimates over the next couple of days. Is it customary to negotiate the price on the estimates a la new cars or is it basically this is the price. TIA.

Everything is negotiable!

Make sure you know exactly what window and with what options each bid is based upon sot it's a true "apples to apples" comparison.
