Good Window Brands for a Chicago Basement - TRACO?

Hi, I own a 1937 house that, probably for the first time since it was built, is ready for some replacement basement windows. I have people proposing a couple of different brands, including TRACO. Is TRACO any good? I'd never heard of them, but now a couple of places in our neighborhood have them. Any feedback would be great.
