I've had three people come in so far and they all have the window they like. Pricing is very competitive about a $100 if there is a difference. New construction install is very expensive because they have to remove siding. Not in the budget. All say with replacement they will remove window and frame with nail fin and install replacement and screw and caulk
I'm limited because I have to stay with a brown exterior.
