Should the worker bees who do the manual labor be tipped after a day of window installing (13 windows). How much? Should the salesman/project manager be tipped - I assume not as he'd get better pay in commissions, etc.? I am providing coffee and a luncheon.
Providing the guys with some drinks and snacks is plenty. Tipping is not expected, nor necessary. Just telling the guys how much you appreciate their work is tip enough.
