I'm starting to research replacement windows and would appreciate any advice on how to best do this. Home Depot came out and gave me an estimate of $20,000 for 25 windows, but no info on specifications, which I'll have to go back and get from them. Went to a local company and they install Lockheed windows, manufactured locally in RI. Can't find much online about them. What specs should I be comparing? (in addition to r value)?
How does Lockheed compare to Home Depot and Andersen and Pella?
