Thermastar vs. American Jewel quoted same price. Choose who?

Hi, I got a quote for 7 double hung vinyl replacement windows for Pella Thermastar and American Jewel 1500 series. I am on an extremely tight budget and these seem to be the types I can afford. The prices I got are exactly the same. They both have Low-E glass, but the American Jewel also is argon filled. Here are the specs on the windows:

QTY: 2 - 36” x 53.5”

QTY: 4 - 30” x 47 5/8”

QTY: 1 - 30” x 35 5/8” Bathroom window near shower – Tempered Glass

All the windows have the grill pattern in between the glass.

I need help on choosing which company I should go with. I understand that they are both cheaper windows, but this is all I can afford and I need new windows.

Any recommendations or companies that are about the same price that may be better.
