I am looking at both double and triple pane. Latter is more efficient but is it worth the money? Live in Northern New Jersey and several of the new windows would have a beautiful lake view. I want to have a nice clear view and cut down on the northern winds that come off the lake in winter. What are the advantages/disadvantages of triple over double? Is the view compromised by triple? Are the energy savings worth the price differential? Thanks

That third pane adds to insulating factor, but maybe more so to sound insulation
