BFRich, Silverline and other vinyl windows - help

We have been looking at different windows such Wood, Fiberglass and Vinyl from different manufacturers such as Anderson, Pella etc. From reading all the postings, I understand that installers are as important as the Windows themselves. So we have two local contractors give us a quote on Vinyl WIndows. One contractor is recommending BFRich windows while the other one is high on Silverline. The price difference in their quotes is about $3K with BFRich guy coming on a high end. Does anyone have any experience with BFRich? The quote is for Vintage Windows for the DH and Cabernet for casement. How is their service and warranty compare with Silverline? Does anyone have experience with Silverline? How do they stack up versus the BFRich?
