Weird sizes - could use some help

Hi,

I would like to replace a small slider 12'' h x 30'' w and a huge casement 17'' w x 8' h (only the bottom 4' section swings out ). Both ancient, aluminum, single pane.

I was able to get quotes for everything else in the house, but I've had two companies tell me they can't size these two windows.

Any suggestions besides tearing them out and making wider holes?
