Anlin vs. Great Lakes

Does anyone have any experiences with either of these manufacturers?

Living on the West Coast I'm a little concerned with Great Lakes being able to offer suitable service throughout the life of the windows.

Has anyone [consumer/contractor] had any bad experiences with either of these manufacturers?
