International Window - Majestic 5500 series

Can anyone tell me their experience with the International Window Majestic 5500 Series? I have 43 old wood windows I want to replace with vinyl double hung/tilt. I'm in the Bay Area. I'm debating between International, Milgard and possibly Simonton. Any advice would be really appreciated. Cheers.

You have many good choices available to you in the Bay Area, but I would stay away from International WIndows. They are not of the same quality as others youmentioned.

Cheryl, could you elaborate? When I looked at the International Majestic 5500 series, they seemed as solid -- if not better -- as the Milgard Classic vinyl series. And speaking of Milgard, I've found their customer service awful, always hesitating to respect the warranty issues -- I had one window arrive damaged, and further damaged when they sent their repair team. To this day, that is over two months, my window is inoperable.
