Hi! Glad I found this board. Just starting the process of remodeling a 1950's home in S. Cal. Need all new windows (7) plus two sliders. Most everyone I know has Milgard in their new homes. Wondering if this brand is the best deal going? I want the windows to look nice on the outside but my budget is $6,000 firm. Is there another brand that someone can recommend that will look nicer than Milgard (i assume vinyl b/c it is probably all I can afford?). With that budget and that many windows and sliders can I assume Marvin is out of the question? Thanks in advance.
