Recommendations please for midline

I know many dislike Alside Excalibur. Ran across them while doing research. Local company (Window World) says they are self squaring. They do NOT shim sides, says foam wrapping is all that is needed. Never heard of NOT shimming!

When a company pays a substandard wage to a substandard installer, sacrifices will be made. Next, they will eliminate screws, letting the caulk hold the window in.

You know the really sad part about this post is that there are a lot of people that will do business with idiots like this. Self squaring...........what kind of crock is that, my god these people should not be allowed to be in the business.
The Excalibur is a light weight window that needs extra care when installing to square it up. Shimming is up to the installer and may or may not be necessary.
Randy, be carefull about those help-full hints you throw their way.
