Phillips Industries Model 200VL?

Can someone help me find a company called Phillips Industries which manufactured a Model 200VL double hung vinyl window? Someone damaged and then tossed the bottom sash and I'd like to find a way to replace it. It looks unique and I don't see any other way to match it or to build a replacement. Can anyone help?
