Which quote/window simonton milgard certainteed?

We are considering replacing all our windows and sliders
I now have 4 quotes for 21 windows and 3 french sliders
All 4 quotes are very close pricewise and I am really unsure of which way to go.
I would really appreciate any thoughts you have
Briefly, here's what I got

1) Certainteed Somerton II 14,900 ( E3 glass is a free upgrade, included )
2) Simonton Impressions 15,400 E2 glass
3) Milgard Tuscany 16,800 E2 glass
4) Amerimax 14,300 ( E2 glass, this quote did not include Argon gas, other 3 did )

I saw positive points on all 4 windows and I'm sure any of the 4 would be a great upgrade from our stock 20 year old aluminum windows. But I would really like opinions, I am leaning either Simonton or Certainteed.

check in again with your CertainTeed dealer and ask for a re-quote if your in Southern Ca.

Please explain?
Perhaps I've already got the requote as the price was adjusted by the dealer in the last week due to a "factory incentive" or whatever. Is that what you refer to?
