I have a quote for 8 - double hung and 1 - 2 lite slider Windows. They are Alside Ultimate 2000 w/Climatech Glass package, Argon gas, low E w/full screens. White colonial grills between the glass. Life time limited warranty on the windows and glass breakage. They are built with the thicker glass. They qualify for the tax credit. I also have it in writing from the installer that they will cover any labor if there is a warranty issue after the 1 year labor coverage from Alside. The installing company is rated very highly through the BBB and Angie’s List. The price for materials and labor to install all 9 windows at $4000.00. All responses appreciated.

Seems high for an Alside product.

I don't know who the installer is, but probably WW? Even then it seems high.
