Please help! MI Windows vs. Ideal

I am replacing 4 double-hung windows and have recieved a couple quotes.

MI windows (Installer--Window Depot USA) U-Factor--0.30
Ideal windows (Installer--Window Wholesalers) U-Factor--0.28

Can anyone tell me about the quality of these windows as well as the installers.

Well unless you are on a low budget neither is that great try serious quantum2 overall u-values as low as .19 or try Thermal Industries triple glass window.

If too pricey let me know as they are 2 of the better ones out there
