anyone know a good place to buy aluminum c channel 5/16 by 2 1/8 various lenghts

Check the weep holes on the bottom of each side on the exterior be sure thet are not clogged or were covered up by the installers.
Also be sure the sill is sloped downward away from the window so water will not run back into the frame.
